Shipping/Returns/Refunds/Size Chart


We have a very simplified return policy:

  • Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know computer monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
  • Products that are eligible for Return can be returned within 48 hoursof receiving the merchandise but it should be unused and not soiled with marks or damaged.

      -   Rest everything will be taken care by us.

Please note by purchasing from (an online store) you as the buyer agree to our shop terms, conditions and policies.


Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


We are currently shipping in India only. For International shipping, there will be additional shipping charges which will be communicated post order confirmation and before dispatching your product.

We do not offer cash on delivery at the moment.



On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 10-12 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

We work with a responsible shipping partner and ship within 15 days of placing an order.



We have a very simplified return policy. Before you return our product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products have been Hand crafted by Skilled Artisan of India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Let’s not think of a difference in color, irregular weave, or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it causes to uniformity.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to help you.

Please read below our return and exchange policies

  • Products that are eligible for Return can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise and in following conditions.
  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or any mark (lipstick, oil and etc) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • We can exchange goods delivered internationally, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates.


Eligible products for Return:

Not all products are eligible for returns and exchange. It can only be done in the following cases.

  • Size deviation from the order, only for unused garments. Please review our size guide carefully before selecting your size.
  • Genuine quality issues of the product. By genuine we mean bad workmanship or defective materials only.
  • In case the product shipped is not as per order.

  • From the date of return pick up we will take 10 working days to process your refund via online transfer to your account.
  • Prepaid Order: All refunds for prepaid orders are processed via payment reversal and the amount is credited in the same account from which the payment was made.
  • Please note that depending on your card / bank, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  • Garments in clearance sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, an exchange request can be initiated for size.
